1. Floral Designer: (Assist Head Floral Designer)
· Responsible for artistically arranging flowers to make wedding bouquets and florals/decorations, traditional sets, wreaths, corsages, leis, funeral florals, centerpieces, boutonnieres, arch pieces, event florals, and other decorations.
· Create original and, or custom designs.
· Cutting and arranging flowers and greenery into displays.
· Creating arrangements that meet customers’ budget, wants, and needs.
· Understand different flower types-when they are in season, how long they live and what they pair well with. Design with live, dried, and silk flowers.
· Preparing basic flower arrangements, leis, bouquets, boutonnieres, wrist corsage, etc.
· Handling, caring, and working with a wide range of foliage and flowers.
· Cutting stems to the right length and keep flowers watered and fresh.
· Tying bows and ribbons.
· Maintain a clean workspace and put things away: clean fridge, to go bags, sweep floor, clean buckets, break down boxes, throw away trash, make sure all buckets have fresh water with flower food, etc.
· Unpack, organize, and process flower deliveries

· Wait on customers at floral location.
· Discard wilting or dead flowers and arrangements.

· Able to carry and lift heavy items and arrangements.

· Assist in wedding and event set ups and break down.
· Assist with loading or unloading of flowers, materials, and props from vehicles as and when required.
· Responsible for preparing floral containers, required props, floral foams, refrigeration, and delivery.
· Maintain photos of all variety of floral arrangements done as a sample or example for clients, online and commercial use.
