Starting pay is $12.00 to $15.00/hr. with a $1.50/hr. shift differential for PM and a $5.00 shift differential for Night shifts and a $2.00 premium for Med Pass Administration once you are checked off at Cedar Crest. $1000 Sign On Bonus
The successful candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and abilities:
Compassionate with a positive attitude
At least one year of experience working with residents that have dementia
Stellar customer service skills
Excellent work ethic
Available rotating weekends & holidays
CBRF Certifications are preferred
Memory Care experience preferred
