time. We specialize in developing and packaging liquids, creams and hot fill personal care products into
bottles, tubes, jars, sachets, packets and other package formats. SDB does not manufacture its’ own brand.
Each product is manufactured to be customer specific and proprietary.

Job Description:
The Controller must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills. This person
should possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). This role requires
a significant amount of data entry as well as keen focus and attention to detail and accuracy. The position will
manage risk, preserve assets, run an efficient and effective finance operation, influence the future direction of
the company and help drive execution as a catalyst.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of
consolidated business results Responsible to make sure that all feeder systems for financials are accurate and
managed in a timely manner
- Bank deposits and reconciliations
- Daily accounting work includes but is not limited to accounts receivable and accounts payable,
journal entries, cash management
- Train support staff on tasks including but not limited to: Posting Cash Receipts
- Sending customer invoices same day or next
- Monitoring partner sites on performance (again, inclusive but not limited to:) ▪ One Stone Walmart and
Amazon
- Third Party Warehouse Management
- Maintain cost and pricing records
- Compile data and coordinate closing of financial statements; monthly and at end of year Data on financials
statements should have supporting statements and Controller responsible for accuracy
- Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process Reports such as
but not limited to: Weekly and Monthly open sales order reports by customer and by item
- Monthly sales reports by customer and by item
▪ Weekly AR aging reports by customer
▪ Reports on company metrics as requested by management
- Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new
processes
- Coordinating activities of external auditors, when required
- Interface with external CPA, when required

Education and Experience:
The role usually requires at least seven years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or
finance. Many organizations prefer candidates who have a master’s degree in business administration (MBA)
or professional accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA), certified management accountant
(CMA) or chartered global management accountant (CGMA). Previous experience in public accounting is highly
valued.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum
o 7+ years of relevant experience

o Self-starter, highly self-motivated, structured and disciplined
o Proficient in Microsoft Business Central Software
o Must be PC literate and literate in Word and Power point. Must be Advanced Excel and
preferred literate in Access.
o MRP/ERP working knowledge and experience
o Vocalize and explain detailed data and problem-solve, both in-person and by telephone
o Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written)
o Compose routine correspondence on own initiative
o Make comprehensive notes in English
o Strength (lifting, dexterity, repetitive motion):
▪ Must be able to lift 30-lbs onto waist high shelves
▪ Must be able to lift and carry a min of 25lbs.
o Movement: Employee will frequently use fingers, walk and distinguish basic colors. Employee
will continuously use both hands, sit for extended periods of time, and use rapid or welldeveloped
coordination simultaneously.
o Hearing: Must be able to hear and understand work direction
o Vision: Must be able to judge distance, identify details, and view computer screen regularly

Pay: $80,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
