RESPONSIBILITY AND SPAN OF AUTHORITY:
1. COMMUNICATIONS
Manage the incoming communications M+M, including telephone & voice mail. Distribute messages to
the appropriate managers and staff ensuring timely and proper follow up.
Communicate information to appropriate culinary team members in a prompt fashion to allow the
team members to respond as necessary to guest requests/preferences and work together as a team.
Oversee messages taking process and make sure that all messages are directed to the appropriate
managers.
Ensure that only M+M approved templates are being used for incoming and outgoing messages.
Staying consistent with proper, professional etiquette & language. No use of "slang" words.
2. ADMINISTRATION
Process gift cards requests for M+M
Proper distribution of all pre-pays as noted in reservations
Log, track and oversee the return of all lost property left at M+M
Log and code all special event attendees
Maintain guests databases and mailing lists via Open Table
Distribution of all guest information to proper team members including Management, Captains & Chef
3. RESERVATION MANAGEMENT
At the direction of AGM and Maître D
Assist in communicating all in house notes regarding guests, including special occasions, special needs
and allergies/dietary preferences
Manage the bookings in OpenTable, ensuring maximum reservations while following protocols
outlined in the reservations manual.
Manage confirmation schedule
Alert management to VIP reservations as they are made
4. GUEST SERVICES
Daily input of guest notes, last visits and area code location
Receiving, seating, and bidding of farewell to guests
