As a Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) at an innovative, progressive ABA Company, you will work directly with clients in the clinic and in a variety of settings, such as in the clinic and community-based settings. This position requires flexibility, an open mind, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for teaching and reinforcing appropriate behaviors in the clinic Responsibilities:
- Be caring and compassionate toward children and families.
- Monitor, record, and communicate changes in client's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
- Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
- Use good judgment when dealing with clients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Work as part of a team.
- Complete daily progess notes related to the session with client.
- Electronic data collection for skill acquistion and behavior data.
- Implement 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Work collaboratively with your BCBA.
- Maintain your RBT certification and renew when necessary.
- Arrive on time and ready to work.
- Remain ethical and work with integrity.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
