Maintenace Operations Manager
Definition:
The Maintenance Operations Manager oversees the supervision of 3 Landscape Maintenance Crews and team members who provide contractual services for commercial properties.
Supervision received and exercised:
The Maintenance Operations Manager supervises all Branch Superintendents and Maintenance team members and receives oversight from the Account Managers, with indirect supervision from the Division Manager.
Distinguishing characteristics:
The Maintenance Operations Manager is required to adhere to specific instructions from the Division Manager and collaborate closely on a daily basis with Account Managers. This collaboration encompasses various tasks such as scheduling, communicating daily progress schedules for maintenance crews with Account Managers, maintaining positive customer relations, demonstrating fiscal responsibility in decision-making, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by Maintenance Superintendents and team members, and being responsible for maintaining the overall quality of properties under contract to All Terrain standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
· Minimum of 5 years of proven Operations Management of portfolio of 2-4 million dollars
· Comprehensive understanding of operational processes and procedures within the industry.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
· Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control techniques.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with internal teams
· Problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
· Strategic thinking and planning skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
· Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
· Experience in implementing and optimizing operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
· Proficient in using technology tools for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
· Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
· Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle pressure in a fast-paced operational setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 5 years of superior Landscape management experience
· 5 years of Green Industry experience in Project Supervision, Project Coordination role.
· Colorado Driver’s License- Good Driving Record
· Solid Technical skills using Microsoft Outlook, Hindsight Software, and Excel is a must
· Ability to operate Hindsite Software a plus
