Civil Engineer
Compliance Plus Services is looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and oversee environmental engineering projects; including design and development of commercial/industrial erosion control and stormwater management systems, preparation of grading, and site wide engineering plans in support of new industrial facilities, knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local stormwater management and development, and land management regulatory provisions is required. Experience providing testimony at municipal planning and zoning hearing boards is a plus.
Duties:
* Evaluate client projects and provide engineering design options to meet those needs, preparing budgetary cost estimates to construct the design.
* Develop and prepare engineering evaluation reports on process systems and client site structures to address facility modifications and/or expansions.
* Participate on project teams with other consultants and engineers to solve problems for clients and provide guidance based on sound engineering principals.
* Written and oral status reports to CPS management on assigned projects on a regular basis. Identify and provide solutions to any project issues impacting the project schedule, budget, or regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, or a related discipline.
* At least Five (5) years of professional experience.
* Attention to detail with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA and NJ is preferred.
