Responsible to the sales development process, handling administrative tasks and helping the large sales force move opportunities through the pipeline to close business. The position directly supports our sales team and goes beyond typical administrative duties – you will have the ability to establish processes and use creative problem-solving skills to effect change and improvements to the sales process. This role will report up through our Recognition business leadership.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute multiple projects with varying clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities

Coordination and trafficking requests (SMRs) created on Salesforce.com platform for internal sales team and channel partners.

Initiates, traffics, and follows through on requests for pricing, quotes, and various support in Salesforce.com.

Responsible for trafficking and status of contract documents related to new opportunities, amendments to existing contracts, and contract renewals

Enter new client opportunity and solutions information into Salesforce.com on behalf of sales team

Communicate extensively with internal stakeholders on status of deliverables

Works as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to facilitate requests, developing relationships with our internal SMEs to ensure they have the information they need and all established SLAs are being met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education

1+ years of experience in corporate marketing, related agency or project management role preferred

Detail-oriented, focused on delivering quality-materials to sales team.

Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM system, with a desire to learn more.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with sometimes tight deadlines.

Ability to work on variety of tasks simultaneously on daily basis using effective time management to meet deadlines

Acute attention to detail and high-level organizational skills; project management principles.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives independently.

Experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications and geographic location. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to HALO at the time of the posting and does not include any potential benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $19.00 to $25.00 USD.
