Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling equipment, particularly focusing on copper and molybdenum processing. Key responsibilities include setting up and monitoring mill operations, adjusting parameters to optimize flotation processes, and ensuring the production of high-quality concentrates.
Responsibilities:
- Operate milling machinery to process raw materials
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct quality inspections on processed materials
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Mill and Flotation Operator, preferably in copper and molybdenum processing.
2. Knowledge of milling equipment, flotation processes, and associated machinery.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
4. Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
6. Physical fitness and the ability to work in a demanding and dynamic mining environment.
7. Familiarity with relevant software for data logging and process monitoring.
Job Type: Full-time
