A fine dining restaurant seeks a Restaurant Manager for a great opportunity with one of the Leaders in the industry. The ideal candidate must have management experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant.
Compensation: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00/year plus quarterly bonus
Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager
- Hiring, controlling beverage and labor cost
- Maintaining health department regulations, training, and employee development.
- Train and manage kitchen, and Dining Room Team members
- Create and adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements of the Restaurant Manager
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experienced in fine dining restaurant operations
- Must have strong profit and loss operational knowledge
- Proven track record in full-service high volume operation
- A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams
- A track record of stability in previous employment
