Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the entire bid proposal process, from identifying and analyzing potential opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals. Responsible for overseeing the process of creating and submitting proposals for clients. Work closely with various stakeholders and teams to ensure that proposals are tailored to meet client requirements and are aligned with industry standards and best practices. Responsible for conducting research, coordinating proposal development activities, managing timelines and deadlines, editing and proofreading proposals, and ensuring that all necessary documentation and information is included.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Research and identify potential bid opportunities within the industry.
· Analyze bid requirements and develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s needs.
· Coordinate with various internal teams and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for a proposal.
· Write and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with bid requirements.
· Manage the proposal schedule and ensure that deadlines are met.
· Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as subcontractors or partners, to develop joint proposals if required.
· Review and evaluate completed proposals to ensure quality and effectiveness.
· Participate in bid review meetings and make recommendations for improvements to the bid or process.
· Maintain a library of pre-approved proposal content and templates for future use.
· Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in bid proposal management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a closely related field is preferred.
· Prior experience designing and executing bid proposals is required.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to negotiate and execute bid proposal requirements.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions
· Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

· Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures or viewing a computer screen.
· Some travel may be required.
