Front Office Coordinator
Growing Winter Park based title company is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer service and goal-oriented individual to join our diverse and talented team.
Job Duties:
Front Office Coordinator:
· Greeting customers professionally and courteously
· Handling of incoming/outgoing mail
· Answering and directing incoming calls
· Maintaining office supply inventory
· Maintaining company calendar, scheduling of conference rooms
The candidate should possess:
· Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
· Strong time management and prioritization skills
· Multi-tasking skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Tech Savviness
Qualifications:
· High school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
· Previous office experience is preffered
· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other stakeholders
· High moral character
· Self Sufficient
· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
