ChefGuo Imperial Banquet is the artistic creation of Master Chef Guo Wenjun. Job Description:
- Passionate to food, wine and customer service
- Assist with banquet setup, manage dining experience for each diner from start to finish
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitary practices to all COVID-19 health and safety standards
- Describe all elements of the menu (food and wine) and restaurant background
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
- A minimum of two years’ experience in fine dining, strong background in full-service dining and knowledge of service standards
- Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with positive attitude and open-minded and team-oriented mindset
- Highly organized, efficient, and meticulous with attention-to-detail on all operational matters
- Knowledge of wine selection & serving
