Lonsdale Family Dental Clinic is looking for a full-time scheduling coordinator to become part of our team in the South Metro (20 minutes south of Lakeville). We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and has a great attitude. This position requires versatility in performing many tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Schedule appointments, confirm and follow-up on patient appointments
- Communicate with patients and other dental professionals via email, phone and text
- Coordinate transfer of records from previous provider
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Support team members with responsibilities
- Marketing through social media and website
Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Friendly, outgoing and exude positivity
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
