Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Payroll Coordinator for our client in the Construction Industry. Join a dynamic team where you’ll oversee the meticulous preparation and submission of payroll reports, ensuring adherence to prevailing wage requirements and compliance with contract specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit weekly certified payroll reports accurately and timely.
- Process all aspects of prevailing wages and ensure compliance with weekly certified payroll reporting on contracts subject to prevailing wage requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and General Contractors on prevailing wage projects, including wage determinations and employee forms.
- Maintain precision and integrity in certified reporting, uploading transcripts into LCP Tracker, eMars, and various systems.
- Review, correct, and resubmit prevailing wage rejections as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
- Strong proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is essential.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in handling payroll data.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
