We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative (CSR) who strives to create a positive customer experience in every situation. The role entails all things customer service related including order entry, tracking and problem solving. The CSR will also be given the opportunity to work as an Account Manager after 90 days earning 3 - 5% of gross sales commissions. Account management entails proactive communication to clients ensuring they are aware of the latest and greatest offerings from our company.
Our business successfully focuses in the resort souvenir apparel industry for over 30 years. We offer original eye catching screen printed designs on a variety or apparel options targeted to resort, travel and various retail markets. Our market reaches far and wide creating tremendous growth opportunities. The CSR/Account Manager will work with small accounts as well as larger nationally recognized accounts. This candidate may have the opportunity to attend a variety of trade shows to meet clients fact to face.

A successful CSR will have great problem solving abilities with the goal of creating client satisfaction.
Specific to our industry a CSA/Account manager will reach out to current clients to showcase all our new offerings with suggestive selling techniques. Our products are fun to promote and very well received. A friendly voice on the phone followed by an email or text is a key to success.
Responsibilities (with approximate percent weight of daily time allocation)
- Manage and respond to incoming calls/emails: 10 - 15%
- Send emails introducing our new lines of product (which come up frequently) 30 - 40%
- Generate sales leads and appointment setting for field reps. 10%
- Order entry - inbound orders come in a variety of ways so we need to process the order into our computer systems for efficient production. 30%
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication 100%
- Respond to clients requests on order status general questions 20%
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and create relationships 100%
Skills
- Proven customer support and account management experience
- Sales driven. Has passion for growing revenue.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to adapt/respond to all types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with hi attention to detail
