As a part-time Weekend Residential Counselor, you support clients in their day-to-day lives and foster a positive environment where they can thrive! If you're looking for an entry-level opportunity to make a difference without the commitment of a full-time schedule, this is it!
Depending on experience and education, you earn $17.00 - $21.00/hour. We also offer a sign-on bonus and shift differentials; you earn an extra $1.00/hour for first and second shifts and $2.00/hour for overnights. This position works overnight, either from 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM or 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM on weekends. That's on top of our wonderful perks which include:

ABOUT THIS PART-TIME JOB
This is an entry-level caregiving position where you help students with disabilities reach new heights and support them in their daily lives. You provide critical assistance in a wide range of areas, including housekeeping, cooking, making friends, and participating in community activities. As you work with students, you provide ample opportunities for them to make choices, assert some control, and reach new levels of independence.

Valid driver's license with good driving record

Ability to stay awake during overnight shifts and work holidays as needed

Ability to support daily living activities and perform physical interventions when necessary
Caregiving experience would be preferred. A high school degree or equivalent would be a plus.
