Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local codes and safety regulations
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
- Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours
Skills:
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and electrical system design
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
