Are you a driven marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful campaigns? We're looking for a Marketing Associate (Contract-to-Hire) to provide project management and strategic support for a medical association in the O'Hare area.
What You'll Do:
- Innovate: Implement new and effective marketing strategies for our public-facing branding campaign.
- Organize: Develop and execute tactics to enhance and expand current marketing plans and campaigns.
- Support: Address the marketing needs across the organization, aligning efforts with key priorities.
- Manage: Oversee the development, guidance, and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tactics for our informational campaign.
- Manage marketing campaigns for programs and events, including writing promotional copy for emails, magazines, and social media, and creating videos as needed.
- Generate reports on marketing metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze trends and statistics across digital and social media platforms.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social media content creation and dissemination.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Integrated Marketing Manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in social media and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of organization and attention to detail, especially in a deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-Solver: Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. Video editing experience is a plus.
