General Position Summary
As part of the National Sales Team, this position is responsible for business development sales and marketing activities of the company's Electronics Product in US market.
Essential Job Functions
Business Development
-
Responsible for achieving the sales quota which is discussed and agreed between the management.

Develops and maintains a sales strategies to grow business in key assigned markets. Takes personal Ownership, is competitive with a hunter mentality.

Develop and prioritized list of customer and market requirements.

Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop new design wins and revenue.

Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company's industry. Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.

Manages day-to-day progress of business utilizing Salesforce CRM, Excel, Word and Power Point.

Travel to Asia for coordination, business follow up and customer visit to their manufacturing sites and headquarters.
Administrative
- Submits weekly expense reports, activity report and timely business meeting/visit reports

Provides sales data analysis and report to manager and other senior management.

Checks with Accounting A/R for the receivables position and creditworthiness of assigned accounts. The position is responsible for the resolving action for uncollected A/R.

Submits monthly sales strategies, progress reports and next steps

- Seeks constant improvement personally and professionally, more efficient, and less expensive ways and means in daily business activities.

Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager and other senior management.

Qualifications
Education & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or four to six years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.

3 – 5 years of business development experience.
Travel
Daily travel required to the customer by car.
Some travel required domestic and international by plane.
