Job Summary:
Eastland Electric is seeking a motivated individual with customer service experience to join our team. This role will assist with the office tasks listed below with room to grow into other responsibilities within the company.
Working hours: 8 – 5, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour or higher depending on experience.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Answer phones - make sure that taking care of the clients takes higher priority than any other task and that the clients are enthusiastic about how they are treated. Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor when on a phone call.
- Schedule appointments
- Enter new customers into "Service Titan" CRM Software
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Schedule customer appointments from leads (Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook, Angie’s List, Houze, Thumbtack, etc. )
- Call and confirm scheduled appointments
- Send satisfaction surveys to customers
- Computer oriented, ability to adapt to the current systems we are using (Service Titan, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
Membership / Generator Service Contracts
- Follow up on membership & service contract renewals
- Call customers that are due for annual visits, battery replacement, etc.
General Office/Shop
- Assist with filing of paperwork and keeping office organized
- Fill in for other office staff when they are away
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- Assist with entering estimates into Service Titan
- Contact vendors for updates or questions
- Complete and send daily paperwork
- Team player, willing to work with other office staff and assist where necessary
