We are a new seafood restaurant in Uptown Charlotte located in the epicenter. We are striving for a fine dining experience with food and interior design unlike any restaurant in Charlotte.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant while working with our General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
**Duties:**
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen and service staff
- Ensure high-quality food production and service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor compliance with food safety regulations
- Coordinate catering orders and events
- Oversee kitchen operations including menu planning and execution
- Train and mentor staff on best practices
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Knowledge of food handling, production, and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in coffee or catering is a plus
- Proficiency in kitchen management practices
