Position Details
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Nonprofit Growth Specialist (Appointment Setter/Outbound Caller) for an hourly, remote contractor (1099) position. As a Nonprofit Growth Specialist, you will work 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule. You can choose any combination of days from Monday to Friday within the hours of 9:00 am CST and 5:30 pm CST.
Position Overview
The primary objective of each call is to connect with nonprofit organizations, introduce them to Project World Impact, and evaluate whether they could benefit from our platform. Our platform provides tools designed to enhance their visibility, streamline operations, and boost fundraising efforts, including Google Ad Grant management. If the organization shows interest, the Nonprofit Growth Specialist will arrange a meeting between the nonprofit and our Nonprofit Success Team to discuss and demonstrate our services and tools in more detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule at least 1 meeting per hour or 8 meetings per 100 calls as a success benchmark.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings on our Nonprofit Success Team’s calendar.
- Communication: Manage and confirm meeting times, ensuring nonprofit representatives attend.
- Follow-Up: Send follow-up emails to interested nonprofits, confirming meeting details.
- CRM Management: Record and document all interactions with nonprofits in Salesforce.
- Data Maintenance: Update CRM with accurate and current information.
- Reporting: Generate and report relevant metrics associated with the calls.
Project World Impact (PWI) will provide comprehensive initial training and ongoing support for continuous improvement. We will also supply leads through Salesforce, our CRM, and grant access to our communication tools, including Google Voice and Slack.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules and follow up diligently.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Voice, Slack, and other communication tools.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.
- Reliability: Consistent availability and commitment to the set hours.
Job Type: Contract
