Responsibilities
- Teach installers how to properly install air conditioning systems.
- Coach Installers on establishing customer rapport.
- Set expectations for each installation and hold teams accountable.
- Ensure jobs are properly staged; coordinate and inspect equipment, plan and results.
- Conduct training to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
- Monitor installation technicians' performance and coach them on improvements.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Analyze and control job expenses to meet budget.

This person must be able to identify and inspect equipment, parts, and colored wiring to safely test, repair, and install electrical connections with precise hand-eye motor skills. And teach others how to do the same.
Mental Demands: Must be able to perceive and distinguish emotions, as well as deal with adversarial confrontations. Requires an ability to concentrate and prioritize multiple tasks at once.
Work environment: Sitting at a desk monitoring incoming job photos and system data,
Loading equipment and parts for daily installations, and requires exposure to outdoor weather conditions and other hazards such as electrical shock, sharp objects, and heavy equipment.

Pay: $86,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
