An active Top-Secret Clearance w/ SCI (or SCI eligible) is a pre-requisite for consideration. Additionally, this role requires being on-site 3 days per week at the client’s SCIF in Washington, DC.
As a senior full stack developer on a product team, your role involves understanding both the backend and frontend architectures of the product under development. You will need to be able to effectively maintain, debug, and advance the features of the production system by working effectively as one of several developers on a team. To do this, you will need to understand how to use Git source control, Jira ticketing for bugs and features, and documentation development on Confluence. For this specific role, a developer should be familiar with most of the technologies as listed, but is expected to remain flexible to changes in the technology stack and to learn new skills independently as the needs of the product change over time.

Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related fields requiring extensive use of software development, or, equivalently, three years of demonstrated, practical experience in software development.
- 7+ years of Java, Python and SQL experience or certifications.
- 7+ years of React experience or certifications.
- 5+ year of experience with relational and non-relational databases.

One year of experience with MaterialUI (MUI).
- AWS developer associate or higher certification.
- Experience with the Java Hibernate Object Relational Mapper (ORM).
- Experience with software testing to include unit testing and the use of testing frameworks on both the backend and frontend.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity and experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), and the intel cycle.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in backlog management, including Epic, Feature, User Story development, and refinement.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite.
- Ability to be on-site 60% of the time at a client SCIF located in Washington, D.C.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with team members.
