Job Tasks:
Protocols and report development
- Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures.
- Develop organizational policies or programs.
- Maintain operational records.
- Prepare documents, reports, or budget
- Evaluate training programs, instructors, or materials.
Supervision
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to employees/contractors.
- Promote products, services, or programs.
- Maintain small caseload
Communication with administrative team
- Direct administrative or support services
- Facilitate and communicate with human resources (onboarding, recruiting, interviewing, etc)
Quality assurance
- Resolve consumer complaints or problems
- Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities.
- Analyze impact of legal or regulatory changes.
- Represent the organization in external relations.
- Coordinate special events or programs
Work Experience Requirements:
- 5 Years’ experience working with those with Intellectual/Developmental Disability
- Supervisor experience
Education Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- BCBA in good standing required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
