Shift Details: Work hours: 12pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays
Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of import, export, and third-party logistics activities (inbound/outbound operations).
Lead finished goods inventory and coordinate product movement with third-party logistics and customs.
Develop and coordinate distribution/logistics processes and procedures.
Tackle distribution administrative problems and ensure timely and accurate package processing.
Perform quality checks, put away finished goods, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Handle inventory using warehouse management software for stock rotation and order staging.
Transfer materials following inventory control procedures.
Perform cycle counts and pick, pack, and ship tasks accurately.
Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Quality/Compliance:
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485, OSHA) is ideal.
Familiarity with Quality Systems Processes (CAPA, Deviations, Change Controls) is a plus.
Document and review change controls and investigations.
Follow policies, procedures, and administrative tasks accurately and timely.
Maintain audit readiness and get along with auditorsas the need arisesd.
Minimum 1+ years proven experience; higher education or niche training/certification preferred.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities
Experience operating a forklift and working on special warehouse projects independently.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and strategic data analysis reporting.
SAP experience in a warehouse setting is helpful.
RF gun experience
Knowledge of cold chain distribution processes is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Accurate close vision, distance vision, and depth perception are required.
Work from extreme places using work trucks and safety equipment.
Flexibility to move between desk and physical tasks as needed
