Position: HR Generalist
Job: Our HR Generalist will play a critical role in developing and implementing programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. An HR Generalist is also responsible for resolving employee relation issues, ensuring fair administration of programs, and conducting investigations into misconduct.
Pay: 60-85K annually

Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in employee relations related issues, which may include employee disciplinary action, conflict or grievance resolution, work life balance, or the EAP program.
-Ensures programs are administered fairly across the employee population
-Participates in investigations into employee/employer issues or misconduct
-Conducts or moderates manager training, sexual harassment training, and security training as needed.
-Assists in the development of programs meant to promote employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization to reduce turnover.
-Designs and implements programs focused on the long-term growth and career development of employees.
-Enhance the Employee experience through onboarding, training, education, mentoring, and career development training to align with organizational needs.
-Creates or sources content for development programs and integrates content into LMS or other systems as appropriate.
-Works closely with the Lab Director and other leaders of Elevate to ensure all new hires complete proper training, safety training, and OSHA training where needed.
-Works with leadership to understand company goals and procedures
-Other duties as assigned by Leadership

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
-4 year degree with a focus in Business/HR preferred
-2+ years HR experience
-Past Employee Relations experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be aware of and abide by all laws and compliance surrounding retail and operations alike
-Past Prism HRIS or Cannabis industry preferred but not required
-Extreme attention to detail
-In office 5 days per week with the possibility of remote work if business needs allow. Potential hybrid
-Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and Google Drive
-Ability to travel (Elevate is in 3 states and counting)
-Highly motivated self starter ready to create and initiate processes
-Ability to adapt to a fast moving and ever changing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
