We offer our own label as well as private label and contract packaging of enemas, feminine hygiene products, over-the-counter medications, and personal care products. We currently have two locations, one in Olive Branch, MS just a few miles from Memphis, TN and a location in Memphis, TN. We are rapidly growing which means there are opportunities for advancement. We currently have an immediate opening for a Compounding/Blend Supervisor at our Olive Branch, MS location.

Requirements:
Assists the Compounding Associates in blending batches, cleaning tanks, pumps, and lines, and necessary paperwork associated with the Compounding/Blending Department.
Essential Functions
- Uses Natureplex inventory system to analyze raw materials inventory.
- Uses scales to calculate raw materials for blends.
- Assists in blending batches.
- Keeping tanks, pumps, and lines clean and segregated at times.
- Completes necessary paperwork associated with blending and cleaning.
- Meets production quotas determined by R&D and production schedule.
- Maintains a safe, clean, organized work area.
- Assure that SOPs are followed and performed in accordance with cGMP.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Microsoft Office Applications
- Must be able to operate a stand lift and pallet jack.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and SOPs.
- Must be able to write reports.

Expected Hours of Work
- Monday – Friday 40+ hours.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.

Travel
Required Education and Experience
- One – two years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/production environment preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree
