Bakery: To prepare, assemble, weigh and form pizza, calzone bakery products.
Packaging: To assemble, transfer, apply & groom toppings to pizzas. Fill, label, transfer, and pack products.
Job Requirements:

Recognize and be able to read the ingredients used in each item produced in English.

Ensure that the proper handling techniques are followed to shape the doughs and add the fillings & toppings.

Ensure that the proper weights for fillings are being used on the line based on the product being produced.

Watch that the proper ingredients are being used on the line based on the product being produced.

Ensure that the proper weights for finished products.

Be alert, aware and recognize when product or ingredient used to produce product has quality issues and report to Lead, Supervisor and/or Quality.

Watch labels, codes, product quality for issues and report to Lead, Supervisor and/or Quality.

Follow and practice company Good Manufacturing Practices Rules (GMP’s).

Follow and practice all safety rules and requirements.

Complete any required paperwork.

Maintain work area clean and neat at all times complete all other duties assigned by shift supervisor.
