Role and Responsibilities
While not all inclusive, the following is a list of tasks to be performed and or coordinated:
- Prioritize heavy volume of job orders, determine available resources, and assign jobs via computer software, cellphone, or other available communication device to Company drivers.
- Use real-time software or equipment to receive, understand, and assign jobs from Customers to Company drivers.
- Work with Customers and/or Field Supervisors to research and resolve order inquiries and/or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Receive, understand, and prioritize job orders according to customers’ requests, specifications, or needs.
- Accurate data entry of job order into applicable software program(s)
- Maintain cordial and professional working relationships with Customers and Company personnel.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and distinctly, with Bilingual Spanish skillset desired
- Ensure all documentation is filed according to Company specifications.
- Above average proficiency with Windows and/or proprietary software programs.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school graduate or GED, required.
- Experience in an oilfield transportation and/or logistics environment preferred OR two years’ experience in a high volume call center which included data entry and customer service

Pre-Employment Requirements
All candidates must pass a pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, hold a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check and be insurable through Company insurance carrier, criminal background check and E-verify as a condition of successful consideration for employment.
Physical Requirements
· Light physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs.)
· Occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching
· Frequent, prolonged sitting
· Constant ability to see, hear, and respond adequately
· Extensive computer work
· Extensive phone use

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
