Hahn & Associates is seeking strong candidates with software, electrical, biomedical, or mechanical engineering degrees. Emphasis is on preparing new U.S. domestic applications. Advanced scientific or technical degrees (M.S. or PhD) is required.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Hires are expected to have high proficiency in preparing new domestic patent applications. Many years of experience in preparing new U.S. patent applications from Invention Disclosures is required. Hires should also have a cost-efficient approach to prosecution that leverages technology. Hires are expected to consider a client's business needs and creatively apply legal arguments to obtain allowances for litigation-ready patents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents having USPTO registration number. Individuals who have earned or will soon earn a mechanical engineering or related degree with a strong academic record (top 25%) are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys drafting narrative and persuasive documents while critically analyzing and solving problems. Time management skills are critical. Programming and data science skills are a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
