Job Title: Help Desk Manager
Location: Greensboro, NC
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Help Desk Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the help desk support team, ensuring the efficient and effective resolution of customer issues. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills, enabling them to provide exceptional customer service while managing a team of support staff. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the help desk support team, providing guidance, training, and coaching as necessary
- Monitor and prioritize incoming support requests, ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement and maintain effective support processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain metrics to monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in help desk management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
