Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our high-performing team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, capable of managing and motivating a team to exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales pipeline, managing investor relations, and conducting sales training to ensure our team remains the fastest and most efficient in the industry. We are a high demand mortgage brokerage looking for a sales manager to help build and scale our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Take full accountability for the development and execution of the sales pipeline.
- Focus on customer retainment and strategic ways to resell to clients.
- Oversee the sales process to ensure seamless and rapid turnaround times.
Team Leadership:
- Effectively coach, manage, and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to equip the team with advanced sales techniques and industry knowledge.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Investor Relations:
- Manage and develop strong relationships with investors, maintaining effective communication and fostering partnerships.
- Become appointed and identify new potential lenders to add to the company’s current relationship portfolio.
- Consistently have conversations with lenders to see new up and coming programs we can promote.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Identify partnership opportunities and develop strong business relationships to drive growth.
- Review and manage RC team reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Meeting with the leadership team to review reports and come up with new strategies to drive growth.
Email and Scenario Management:
- Review and manage RC’s emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Run pricing on various loan scenarios to provide clients with competitive and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the mortgage lending or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, pricing strategies, and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor a sales team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce, LOS systems like Encompass, G Suite and other sales tools.
