Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and document work orders and maintenance activities
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
- Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing a team of maintenance technicians
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
