This location is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD)- in either a Part Time and Full Time position (full time position comes with different benefits - discussed upon interview)
Must have NDTR/RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA

Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.

Participation in the care planning process.

Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.

Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.

Licensed (if required by State)

2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
