**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral therapy interventions. **Duties:** - Conduct patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs - Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles - Implement behavioral therapy interventions to address challenging behaviors - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Provide training and support to staff members working with patients **Requirements:** - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities - Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques - Strong understanding of special education practices - Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans - Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and colleagues This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
