Position Overview:
The HR Manager - Employee Relations will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction, and resolving workplace issues. This position requires a proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented professional who can effectively manage employee relations within our fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Mediate conflicts and facilitate discussions to resolve workplace disputes amicably.
Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Educate employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

Provide coaching and support to managers on addressing performance issues and conducting disciplinary actions.
Employee Development and Training:

Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Conduct training sessions on topics such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and company policies.
Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.

Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
HR Metrics and Reporting:

Track and analyze HR metrics related to employee relations, turnover, and engagement.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience in the sales or precious metals industry is required
