We are looking to grow our team, and are looking for a patient-centered, enthusiastic dental assistant to serve our patients and assist our doctors in an array of procedures. We are in need of a team player who is dedicated to taking care of the needs of our patients. The Dental Assistant’s primary responsibility is to prepare the examination rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for the dentist. They also assist the dentist during their procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs throughout the appointment.

Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Radiology Certification (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Seating patients
- Screening patient medical histories
- Chairside assisting
- Radiology and imaging
- Sterilization of instruments
- Taking impressions and pouring models
- Maintain compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA
Skills:
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- Additional certification or training is an asset
