- Drywall Removal and Replacement
- Insulation Removal and Replacement
- Flooring
- Taping/Texturing
- Bathroom Renovation
- Kitchen Renovation
Must come with Portfolio and references, own set of tools, and reliable transportation ( Truck or Van Preferably ).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities on site, including coordinating work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Manage and train construction workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction and find solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Must possess the ability to undertake various labor tasks essential for project completion, encompassing specialized skills such as plumbing, electrical work, and proficiency in flooring and tiling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- The role necessitates adept proficiency in executing specialized tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tiling, drywall installation, and painting.
