Summary: To ensure that all food and beverage service for functions in the banquet department is performed in accordance with Hotel ZaZa service and operation standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Essential Functions:

Perform all Banquet side work as designated by the Banquet Captain.

Efficiently and properly perform all Hotel ZaZa service standards.

Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties.

Report to Banquet Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of and banquet equipment.

Assist in the upkeep and organization of all liquor and related supplies.
-
Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor laws.
-
Must attend all designated pre-meal meetings.

Adhere to grooming guidelines, wear Z-Pin, proper uniform standards
-
Follow all proper Hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed
Tools and Equipment:
-
Coffee maker/urn, toaster, microwave, beverage machines, bus trays, dishware, silverware, glassware, queen-mary cart, and telephones.

Banquet business meeting supplies (i.e. pencils, pens, note pads, etc.)

Know room staging, set up for music and lighting
Working Environment:

Interior and exterior of hotel, and kitchen and banquet areas.

Exposure to hazardous cleaning chemicals, extreme temperatures, and various food and beverage items that may be allergens.
