Responsibilities for Sales Representative:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Skills and Qualifications for Sales Representative:
- A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience or knowledge in the Plumbing industry is a plus.
- Experience in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems preferably HubSpot.
Type: Full-time In-person
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (1/2-hour lunch)
Pay: $20.00/per hour with a possibility of commission.
Additional Benefits: Paid vacation and sick leave
