JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Individualized evaluation and treatment of delays in fine/visual motor, sensory processing, and/or other occupational therapy related delays/disorders. (Must have vast knowledge of and meet Medicaid/other insurance compliance standards).
*Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.
*Collaborate with and educate other therapists, school/daycare staff, and families/caregivers to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
*Timely documentation and submission of monthly paperwork, updating patient progress according to regulatory standards.
*Stay updated on current research, trends, and best practices in occupational therapy.
**Qualifications:
*Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (submit resume').
*Maintain current state and national licensure for eligibility to practice occupational therapy.
*Maintain current liability insurance.
*Maintain current background and child maltreatment checks.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective parent and school/onsite staff interaction.
*Strong organizational and time management skills for efficient case management.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11 – 16 per week
