We’re currently hiring for an Assistant Store Manager that is responsible of helping to maximize the overall store performance, financial and operational, by overseeing the operation of the store ensuring satisfactory sales and profitability through expense control. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of tire technicians, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and customer service.
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our services and tire product offerings, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Oversee the store's visual merchandising and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for customers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and operational metrics to monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3 or more years management experience required
- 5 or more years tire sales/service experience strongly preferred
- Tire Sales and Service Knowledge required
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo Preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards
