**Overview:** We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. **Duties:** - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Utilise computerised systems for record-keeping and correspondence - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Coordinate meetings and appointments - Assist with administrative tasks as required **Requirements:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other office software - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous - Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy - Ability to type efficiently If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, we encourage you to apply for this position.
