Overview:
The top performing Allstate agency in Florida is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Manager to join our team. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and sales activities of our insurance agency. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, sales expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a dynamic team.
Duties:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of insurance sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and meet revenue goals.
3. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales agents to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
4. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales agents, providing regular feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
7. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service and underwriting, to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
10. Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
Skills and Requirements:
- Florida 220 Insurance License preferred (not required)
-Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related field is preferred (not required)
- Allstate Sales and Management Experience preferred (not required)
- Proven experience in driving sales results
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
