Key Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers in marketing their services to potential clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database for marketing purposes, targeting previous mortgage customers to increase volume.
- Develop and deepen relationships with clients, realtors, builders, and other stakeholders to foster new business opportunities.
- Deliver high-level assistance to both internal and external customers, in person and via phone.
- Review documents for completeness and compliance with client requirements.
- Proactively follow up on missing documents and ensure adherence to lending compliance and internal procedures.
- Strive to know as many customers and employees by name and face, using their names frequently to foster a friendly atmosphere.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Surefire-Top of Mind, effectively.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Have familiarity with multiple types of loans, including conventional, fixed/adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of six months of experience in the mortgage industry with a track record.
- Ability to train others and grow within the role.
- Fluent in Spanish
