Licensed Home Care agency is hiring for a Director of Marketing/Business development to manage, strategically plan, and oversee all aspects of the Company’s marketing and brand management efforts.
This position will work in a highly collaborative team environment, prioritizing effectively and partnering closely with departments across the organization. The Director of Marketing/Business development handles marketing strategy in support of nationwide recruitment and business development efforts, as well as in support of company initiatives and programs. The Director of Marketing/Business development manages a team of marketing professionals and acts as an advisor to senior leadership of the Company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and setting marketing objectives.
· Team Management: Leading and managing the marketing team, providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring the team's effectiveness and productivity. This includes hiring, training and developing marketing personnel.
· Brand Management: Overseeing the development, maintenance and growth of the company's brand identity and brand positioning. Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing activities and materials.
· Campaign Development and Execution: Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, events, etc. This includes creating compelling messaging, selecting appropriate marketing channels, and tracking campaign performance.
· Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Analyzing data to identify opportunities, evaluate marketing strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
· Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Providing regular reports and presentations to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
· Digital Marketing and Technology: Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Leveraging digital platforms for marketing activities, such as website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within the agency’s territory.
Schedule and present information about I&Y Senior Care programs and services to the community organizations, including doctors’ offices, hospitals, medical centers, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare professionals in order to reach eligible home care patients.
· Research and participate in marketing and networking events, health and wellness fairs, community events throughout New York City to enhance visibility of agency services in the community and generate new relationships and business.
· Provide monthly reports on outreach efforts.
Job Requirements:
Ability to travel within five boroughs of New York City
Previous home care marketing experience at least 3 years (Required)
Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources
Be self-driven, positive, organized and have strong communication and time management skills.
Experience for obtaining referrals for patients (Required).
Bilingual in Spanish or Russian (Required)
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in marketing/business administration.
Clean, professional image, behavior and demeanor are expected at all times.

Pay: Up to $220,000.00 per year
