Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Meet personal and team call handling targets and other KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
