In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or LCSW, LPC, or LCPC, to join our team for a full-time position (30 hours per week) within a school-based setting. This role involves working Monday through Friday during school hours, supporting students' developmental needs and enhancing their abilities to participate in school activities.
Position Details:
- Hours: 30 hours per week during school hours (option to add a maximum of 10 additional treatment hours of clinic-based therapy)
- Employment Status: Full-time
- Contract Length: 1 year (option to renew annually)
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $72,000 per year (dependent on experience and choice of summer work schedule)
- Setting: In-school setting during school hours at one of our affiliated schools close by in Buffalo Grove

Summer Work Options: As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with In2Great! Pediatric Therapy, you have the flexibility to choose your summer work schedule. You may opt to work in our clinic during the summer months when school is not in session, maintaining a 30-hour workweek with continued benefits. If you choose this option, your salary will be determined based on experience, falling on the higher end of the salary range. Alternatively, you have the choice to take the summer months off, while still retaining your benefits, as well as continuing to be paid on a regular basis per our pay schedule. If you choose this option, your salary will also be determined based on experience, falling on the lower end of the salary range. We provide these options to accommodate your preferences and ensure a rewarding work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- License in good standing as a:
- Experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other therapy team members
- Understanding of naturalistic environment therapy approaches, including strategies for embedding therapeutic activities within a child's natural routines, interests, and play experiences.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques and interventions to fit the child's individual strengths, preferences, and sensory processing patterns within naturalistic environments, such as home, school, or community settings.
- Integration of sensory-based interventions and environmental modifications to support sensory regulation and participation in daily activities within naturalistic contexts.
- Proficiency in conducting pediatric assessments, including standardized evaluations and clinical observations.
